White Wines

Golden Girl
Semi-Sweet
Just like eating grapes off the vine. Sweet, juicy, and a great refreshment. This is the perfect wine to serve very chilled and bring to a picnic. It goes great alongside sandwiches of all kind! Niagara is also nice to serve with a creamy havarti cheese and crackers.

Pinot Grigio
Semi-Dry to Semi-Sweet
A vinifera with a smooth and citrusy taste. Stainless steel treatment and fruit forward flavor.

Seyval Blanc
Dry to Semi-Dry
Similar to a Sauvignon Blanc, yet a bit sweeter and more round. Some might find it similar to a Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is fantastic alone, or alongside chicken and poultry. Also, it makes a nice complement to salads with creamy dressings or risotto. Try it as the base for a fantastic white wine sangria!

Proprietor's White
Dry to Semi-Dry
A blend of white wines, usually including Chardonnay, Cayuga White, and Seyval Blanc (blend is subject to change). May be aged in American Oak, depending on the vintage. If oak aged (depends on vintage), it is the smokiest of the whites. Pairs great with Salmon.
