Similar to a Sauvignon Blanc, yet a bit sweeter and more round. Some might find it similar to a Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is fantastic alone, or alongside chicken and poultry. A blend of white wines, usually including Chardonnay, Cayuga White, and Seyval Blanc (blend is subject to change). May be aged in American Oak, depending on the vintage. If oak aged (depends on vintage), it is the smokiest of the whites. Pairs great with Salmon.
