Wine, 'Shine, & Wings Festival

Join us for a delectable pairing on June 19-20, 2021! The perfect outing for dads, moms, brothers, sisters, and friends alike! We will be pairing 4 chicken wings smothered in Sorrenti moonshine infused wing sauces next to of a flight of either 4 Sorrenti 'shines OR 4 Sorrenti wines. 

The wing sauces are as follows: White Lightning Honey Mustard sauce, Apple Pie Moonshine BBQ Sauce, Apple Moonshine Honey-Cider Brown Butter Sauce, Cranberry Moonshine Chipotle Sauce. 

The Moonshine + Wings flight option will consist of a half ounce each of: White Lightning, Apple Lightning, Cranberry Lightning and Apple Pie Moonshine alongside the wings. 

The Wine + Wings flight option will consist of two ounces each of: Reisling, Apple fruit wine, Peach Bianco, and Cranberry Blush. 

Each pairing is $16 when purchased online and $18 at the door. Only online flights are guaranteed, door purchases are first come first serve. This event will be held in our pavilion and on Saturday there will be live music outdoors from 1-4pm. There will also be wings for sale by the half and full dozen, beer on draft from a local brewery, and specialty moonshine cocktails available. Come and join the fun!
